If the insurance company requires you to have a referral, be sure to obtain it and take it with you to me. I do not accept insurance as payment directly. I will provide an itemized invoice of all services with the ICD-9 codes.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA): You can use this account for your acupuncture treatment. Check with your employer for information on your benefits.
Auto Insurance: Auto insurance covers acupuncture treatments (for auto accident injuries), regardless of fault. No referral is needed. Insurance may cover some or all of the costs of your acupuncture treatments and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Please contact your insurance company. We also accept lien cases if you already have a lawyer taking care of your case.
Workers Compensation: If you have an open Workers Comp claim, or believe that your condition arose as the result of your occupation, you may have benefits. May covers 100% of necessary medical treatment for injuries resulting from one's occupation. Please consult with your case agent.
